All Around Gutters: Sold August 8, 2019

We are excited to announce that we helped All Around Gutters sell to Herman Management in less than 3 months.

Patrick Smyth came to us in June 2019 to sell his business.  He was ready to retire and wanted the business sold by the end of the summer.   Pat was aggressive with the price and also willing to seller finance part of the transaction.  Because of this, we were able to find him a buyer and close the transaction in less than 3 months!

John Herman, the owner of Herman Management, was an experienced entrepreneur and saw an opportunity to quickly grow the business.  It was close to home and it checked the boxes on what he was looking for in his next business venture.

This deal was brokered by Murphy Business Sales of Baltimore by Mark Carter and Justin Sandridge who worked quickly to get this to close.
