Business Sold: Lease Tracking Services

I bet you have never heard of Lease Tracking Services. I also bet you didn’t even know there was a demand for their services.

Lease Tracking Services (LTS) monitors assets for finance companies to verify the assets they are lending against have proper insurance coverages.

Yup, there is a business for that…

Bob came to us as a referral from his financial planner. Bob purchased this business from the previous owners in 2004. Previous to that, he worked for prior owners since the 1980s. He was newly remarried and ready to retire and spend more time with his family (and hopefully take a Viking River Cruise)

The buyer, Jacob, was tired of working for corporate America and wanted to buy a business that he could use his experience to help grow. Jacob is very talented, and I can’t wait to see him take this business to the next level.

Both the buyer and seller were referred to us by our professional contacts! We didn’t need the internet for this one! How cool is that?
