David began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties. He later transitioned into the title industry, working as a Commercial Escrow Officer and Account Executive. In 2009, he took the entrepreneurial leap and opened a Meineke Car Care franchise in Nampa, Idaho — an experience that provided firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of business ownership. In 2014, he was recruited into business brokerage by Rod Wolfe, recognizing the unique value David’s background brought to buyers and sellers alike.
