a take-out only Smokehouse in the mountains of Montana using Hickory wood
to smoke pork ribs, tri-tip beef and chicken.
The
restaurant's specialty is a "Brisket Burger"! which is
a hand patty'd 1/4 pound ground hamburger which combines great
with cheese and bacon. The business enjoys a great location in this
beautiful Montana mountain resort town and is very profitable while operating
only 28 hours weekly.
