Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:

Murphy Business Sales, one of the largest and most successful business brokerage firms in North America, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to make outbound calls and follow up on marketing campaigns across the United States. This role is focused on reaching business owners, creating interest in our services, and generating qualified leads for our Franchise/ Business Brokers. If you are a proactive communicator with a strong customer service background and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make calls to business owners and key decision-makers to follow up on direct mail marketing campaigns, creating interest in our services and speaking to our Franchise/ Business Broker.
Lead Generation: Identify business owners interested in buying, selling, or exit planning, or business valuations, and connect them with our business broker.
Campaign Management: Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved for each one.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication, both over the phone and via email, to ensure prospects are fully engaged and informed, and provide a report at the end of each campaign.
Data Tracking: Accurately record lead information, conversations, and results into CRM for follow-up and reporting.
Collaboration: Work closely with our Franchise / Business Brokers to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads and consistent campaign messaging across all campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage business owners and create awareness/interest.
Multitasking Ability: Strong ability to multitask, managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Office Proficiency: Familiar with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes.
College Degree or Equivalent Experience: A college degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or telemarketing.
Familiarity with CRM software or lead tracking systems.
Experience in B2B outreach or knowledge of specific industries may be beneficial.
