Richard (Rich) Flask is CEO/Regional Director of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation – SoCal. Rich’s senior level business transfer experience spans more than 25 years and includes franchising and licensing of international markets, business brokerage in a wide spectrum of mid-market industries, and he was also a Regional Sr. Vice President for Mergers & Acquisitions with one of the country’s largest M&A shops.
Prior establishing his current practice, Rich was a Partner in a premier consulting group that pioneered operations and marketing best practices, while working with the some of the world’s foremost consumer package goods industry retailers and suppliers. Before that, he was a senior executive in marketing, operations and international trade development with two of the largest and most successful global retailers.
Rich and his past management teams have been recipients of "Best in Class Retailer” and other industry awards. He has been a frequent seminar and workshop leader, including “Selling & Buying Businesses & Franchises”; an international convention speaker and workshop leader on retail and supply chain partnering, including “Co-Developing Business Strategies", as well as an Expert Panelist for workshops on marketing best practices at UCLA’s Anderson School of Business.
