He also had the frustration of trying to sell his next business, without proper help, and ended up selling the company in pieces. And Mark has purchased an existing business. He now works with current business owners to help them benefit from his experiences and enjoy success.
For 10 years Mark was a Financial Advisor for the 2nd largest investment bank in the U.S., working with numerous business owners regarding their pension funds and investments. He also worked in real estate at several levels; commercial, investment portfolio, residential and development. While Mark was part of Senior Management for an International Developer, he attended Wharton for executive training in Implementing Change within a business.
Many clients hire Mark because he is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, trained at Harvard. With his expertise and background, the Real Estate Negotiations Institute uses Mark as a respected negotiations instructor throughout Florida.
