Asif brings over two decades of experience working within public corporations to help both start profitable businesses and also support the buying and selling of existing business units. Asif has worked at the intersection of finance, technology, corporate development, and strategy over the course of his career, and has a passion for bringing together buyers and sellers to help them meet their financial and professional goals. Asif does this through aligning the goals of the seller and buyer and then facilitating a roadmap and process by which all parties arrive at a mutually beneficial conclusion. Previously, Asif was head of the data and analytics division within a large healthcare organization, supporting the businesses and communities of Minnesota. Prior to that, Asif has held roles of increasing responsibility across organizations within diverse industries and brings a rich portfolio of experience to the table – experience that includes supporting mergers within the transportation industry, consulting and business analytics within the retail industry, and acquiring companies for growth within healthcare, to share a few examples. Based on these experiences, Asif brings the utmost attention to detail and ownership of the end-to-end process to facilitate a business transition that is as seamless as possible while realizing a successful outcome for clients.
Asif has a BS in Economics from the Lahore University of Management Sciences, a Masters in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration, and an MBA in General Management from the University of North Carolina (Kenan-Flagler Business School).
