Biography:
Stephen began his business brokering and real estate career in British Columbia where he built experience through successfully brokering both business and commercial real estate transactions. Given the intricacies involved in selling a business he understands the importance of confidentiality and is committed to matching the right buyer with the right seller and business opportunity.
He pursued commercial real estate and bridged into business brokering shortly after completing his Masters at Queen’s University. It was a perfect fit. Applying his business background and experience, Stephen truly enjoys learning about the complexities of each business, the owner’s story in how they built it to where it is today, and helping them extract as much value as possible to move on to the next chapter of their life, be it retirement or another venture.
After moving back to Ontario, Stephen joined Murphy Business because of the company’s proven track record, reach and alignment to a process that puts clients first and gets business transactions across the finish line. He is currently licensed in both British Columbia and Ontario.
