Biography:

I am a business broker with Murphy Business Sales. My passion is to assist business owners and future business owners with their American dream. I am a firm believer in a win-win scenario for everyone or it’s not a deal. 

I speak a phrase in 15 languages and thoroughly enjoy helping immigrants and non-native English speakers alike. The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program is a path to freedom that I thoroughly support. 

I majored in International Business at North Seattle College with an Associate in Real Estate and certificates in Commercial Investments, Property Management, Loan Origination, and Escrow. Coursework included evaluations of global economies, business viability, land development, Real Estate taxes, interned as a Forex Trader for a private fund, and other relevant coursework. 

My background is in Commercial Real estate as a 1031 exchange assistant, Commercial Real Estate Analyst, Commercial Finance, Escrow, Property Management, and Homeland Security at the customs checkpoint. I’ve owned several businesses and own a rental property.
