Beef, Lamb, Goat, Pork USDA meat processing facility, locally owned and operated, providing custom meat processing of local, sustainably raised high quality beef, lamb, goat, swine and other locally sourced foods. A group of local ranchers joined together to completely rebuild a USDA approved processing facility to process the finest beef in the country. This is a small, custom processing plant with a highly loyal client list. All beef is aged for a minimum of fourteen days, broken down, processed and packaged with USDA mark of inspection. This plant can process from the hoof to the final display ready vacuum sealed package. USDA inspected meat can be resold in grocery stores and restaurants - anywhere in the country.
