Frank Chebalo is a seasoned media executive and business intermediary based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. With over 30 years of experience in television broadcasting, Frank has led high-level initiatives in Broadcast Engineering, facility design, capital planning, and project execution. His career includes executive leadership roles at The New York Times Broadcast Media Group, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations & Engineering and later as President & General Manager. During his tenure, he was the chief consultant on all major technical projects across the organization.
