Over 30 years of business experience in leadership roles working for acquisitive companies that were private, public, and private to public. With values ranging from $300M-$300B+ with national and global presence footprints. I spent my early career with engineering and oil & gas companies, then working with hospitality, chemical & manufacturing as well as other fast paced professional service industries. I have also run two businesses of my own.
I have worked with the valuation and integration of organizations as well as the conversion and marketing teams to ensure that all M&A activities were smooth, profitable, and had the proper “Public Face.”
I am a California transplant that currently resides in Texas where I have schooled and raised my family for the last 40+ years.
