Floyd has been CEO / President, and Co-Owner of seven Businesses within the Service / Logistic, Foodservice, Manufacturing, and Sales / Marketing Sectors. Each business was either acquired by startup creation, purchase of an existing, or through a Merger and Acquisition. He has been involved in all aspects of a Business from Executive & Financial Management, Sales & Marketing, Production & Operation, Quality Control as well as Business Consulting. Floyd is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. As a business owner, Floyd understands the needs, goals, desires and concerns of his clients as they enter the process of selling or buying a business.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur/business owner, Floyd spent 20 years with a fortune 500 firm mostly in Sr. Leadership roles. Competencies acquired included funder stewardship, strategic budgeting/planning/forecasting; financial & regulatory reporting/budgeting; reforming & restructuring business processes, business and institutional practices; general ledger close processes; audit coordination; human resource management; information technology coordination; facility management and project management. Floyd has an MBA from the Simon School of Business in Rochester, New York and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
