Johnny grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where he attended high school & college. Johnny spent many years as an entrepreneur and golf executive in the Northwest before moving to Southeast MN. During his tenure as golf executive, Johnny had the opportunity to expand his experience in both business and real estate as all the courses Johnny was associated with had major housing and business developments.
During his entrepreneur days he owned and operated restaurants and catering facilities. His work ethic and customers service skills showcased to his customers and employees that he was determined and driven to succeed.
He has had an active Real Estate license since 2016 and in 2019 earned his Certified Valuation Analyst.
Johnny has spent many years providing small and large business consulting, providing clients with financial and marketing tools for their companies to enter in more profitable opportunities.
Johnny is married to Dionisia Mangouras and has 2 daughters, Evangelia (Lia) and Fevronia (Roni). Lia is a professional musician in Hollywood and Roni is currently a Kinesiology major at the University of Minnesota. Johnny is former collegiate baseball player and is still an active athlete. He enjoys time with his family. Johnny was also an executive chef and cellar master during his career, so he loves to cook and pair wines with his friends and family and enjoys the comradery that it provides.
