Orchestrated to Perfection
Planning a business transfer begins with a business appraisal. Too often the company’s value is less than
the owner’s needs and/or expectations. The appraisal process not only estimates current business value,
it reveals much about operational strengths and weaknesses. Sometimes achieving the owner’s goals
requires value enhancement prior to taking the business to market.
To enhance value, Mariann and Andy will work in concert with other professional advisors. They know
owners usually have trusted advisors in place, and do not want to disrupt those relationships. In some
instances; however, additional professional disciplines can help to add value, before, during and after a sale. The advisors listed above are examples of professionals that may be brought in as part of a transition team.
Mariann and Andy set themselves apart as business transfer
professionals by their commitment to working with business owners
in advance of marketing a business. Their transition planning, and
transition team coordination help “stage” a business for sale. This
approach builds business value, and enhances buyer appeal.
Your business is ready for sale when the time is right
