Company was established in 2012 with the goal of offering an economical alternative to hotels. The company originally purchased (40) 32’ X 8’ RV travel trailers. In the last two years the demand grew rapidly and currently the company is operating with (95) trailers. The trailers are leased to accommodate work force housing for construction, oil service and Pipeline employees. The employees are deployed to jobs in remote areas with no houses, schools, or supermarkets, therefore; they seek temporary housing while working away from home. The trailers are moved to areas where demand is the highest.
Due to thousands of these workers living in dormitory-like compounds (man camps) in the West Texas & Eastern New Mexico, the business continues to serve a need while showing strong profit. Owner is expecting 2019 profit around $300,000.
