Andrew R. Spann

About

Andrew received his BA from Denison and his MBA in Finance from Washington University in St Louis.

He was Vice President-Investment Banking at A. G. Edwards & Sons where he specialized in mergers, acquisitions, valuations and corporate finance.

He is a shareholder and co-founder of a nursing home development and management company that operates several facilities. Prior business experience also includes CEO positions in the building service and staffing industries.

Andrew typically represents sellers in the value and sale of their businesses and provides consultation to buyers.
