Services are provided from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no overnight services. A nurse is available during these hours. The experienced staff is well-versed in the requirements, policies, and procedures of running the facility on a daily basis. Per the definition of SDE, the financials are for a full-time owner-operator. The SDE also includes a rent expense ($117,000 in 2023).
