George brings over 20 years of business experience in various capacities including customer service and management in the high-tech industry to Murphy Business & Financial Corporation. As the Vice President of Customer Support for a global software company, George was responsible for an award winning customer support team and maintenance renewal team servicing domestic and international Global 5000 customers. George also managed a $5 million budget and his organization was responsible for over $60 million in service revenue. In addition, George has worked in various capacities with start-up companies building organizations, implementing merger and acquisitions, training personnel, in addition to improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. George brings the same enthusiasm, integrity and commitment to help buyers and sellers of businesses transition to the next chapter in their life.
George is a licensed broker by the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the California Association of Business Brokers. He also has been awarded the CMEA designation (Certified Machinery/ Equipment Appraiser) by the NEBB Institute. George is also a member of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Computer Science.
