David is a seasoned business professional who has spent 38 years in banking. He retired from Regions Bank where he was the City President of their Broward County/Fort Lauderdale market managing a $1.2 billion Book of Business. His career at Regions Bank included Florida Sales Executive for Regions Treasury Management Division. Prior to Regions, David was with Bank of America in various sales leadership roles to include North America Commercial Merchant Services, US Commercial Purchasing Card, SE US Commercial Treasury Management and Commercial Banking Executive for Central/North Florida.
His core skill is in assessing and advising business owners with their strategic growth via improved cash flows and debt restructuring to enable company expansion. He has experience with SBA Lending, asset based lending, commercial mortgages, equipment financing and leasing. He has also been a part of the BAC acquisition teams in the purchase of various bank holding companies.
David graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Finance. He went on to earn his Masters of Business Administration at Nova Southeastern University, attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, earned his Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Associate.
David’s primary focus is on the business owner, understanding their goals and objectives and bringing solutions to them. David brings and exceptional financial background to valuing and selling companies of all sizes. His primary markets include Tampa Bay, Central and Southwest Florida.
