Eric has worked in security and business valuation for more than six years, valuing over 1,000 small, medium and large businesses. Eric began his career in the Financial Markets Group at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington, D.C. There he specialized in valuing complex debt instruments for mark-to-market testing purposes. Following his time in Washington, Eric switched his focus to consulting and business valuations. Eric has performed over 1,000 business valuations for small, medium and large businesses for tax, strategic and estate planning purposes. The businesses range in size from no revenue to over a billion. Eric lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and two daughters. When Eric is not working, he enjoys skiing, backpacking and traveling.
