Mr Lease is a Broker and Franchisee with Murphy Business of Des Moines along with his business partner Rey Gonzales. With over 20 years of commercial/business banking experience, Kevin has assisted hundreds of business owners across many different business areas including start-ups, expansions, buy-Ins and buy-outs, along with mergers & acquisitions. As part of his professional work as a banker, Kevin helped his clients acquire over $100M in financing. In addition, Kevin has worked extensively with for-profit and non-profit organizations and communities, facilitating strategic planning, setting goals and objectives, and provided guidance to business owners in the overall success of their organization.

Kevin received a Bachelors and Masters of Business degrees with an emphasis in Finance and Management from The University of Sioux Falls, and also attended the University of Colorado Graduate School of Banking. Kevin, his wife Casady and their three children reside in Johnston, Iowa.
