Here’s a valuable info graphic from insidesales.com depicting the best and worst times for cold (and warm) calling. For example, is it better to make your prospecting calls Tuesday at 10 am or Thursday at 4?  The difference results in a 3.1x hit rate differential.  On the flip side, if you really want to talk with someone who reaches out to you, you must get back to them within five minutes. If you wait 30 minutes, you are 10 times less likely to reach that person.

So if I call you at 4 pm on a Thursday…
