Justin Sandridge brings over 25 years of expertise in solving complex problems, and adeptly handling complex situations. As the principal business broker at our firm, his tenure as a Certified Business Intermediary is marked by his exceptional ability to perform accurate business valuations, advise clients on effective exit strategies, and discreetly match business sellers with qualified buyers.
Prior to his brokerage career, Justin was at the helm of his own business, demonstrating his entrepreneurial acumen by successfully launching and growing a company for 6 years before selling it in 2015. This firsthand experience in the complete business lifecycle is invaluable to his current role. In 2019, Justin expanded his entrepreneurial ventures by acquiring and managing another company, further enhancing his practical understanding of business operations.
Before entering the business world, Justin served with distinction as a Baltimore County Police Sergeant for 20 years. His tenure in law enforcement was crucial in developing his skills in interpersonal communication and conflict resolution–abilities that are integral to his success in business brokerage.
Justin’s comprehensive experience, paired with a broad spectrum of certifications, positions him uniquely to provide insightful and supportive guidance to business owners embarking on the journey of selling their companies.
