After working with large process-driven organizations like Visa, PwC, Morgan Stanley, General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Scholastic, Teleperformance, General Electric, and Hyatt, he incorporates the best practices utilized at these organizations in his business intermediary work.
Vipin brings diverse experiences from Investment Banking, Diversified Industrials, Printing and Publishing, Managed Service Providers, Manufacturing, Management Consulting, and Public Accounting. He earned a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Virginia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst certified by the CFA Institute and a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) by the Exit Planning Institute (EPI).
Vipin resides in Metuchen, NJ, with his family. He is a Firefighter and volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Edison. He is also an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Exit Planning Exchange (XPX), Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and several other local networking groups working with well vetted networking partners.
