Brad has over 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate and Development, where he assisted customers with all aspects of commercial real estate including sales, purchases, leasing, investment property, tax-deferred exchanges, land development, build-to-suit projects, and site selection.
Prior to working in real estate he worked in the equipment leasing and financing industry, serving a variety of commercial, municipal and medical organizations. Over the years, Brad has refined numerous long standing relationships and contacts within the banking industry and a variety of businesses locally as well as nationally.
Brad currently holds active real estate licenses in North Dakota, Minnesota, and Arizona with Property Resources Group, LLC, a Fargo, ND based licensed commercial real estate brokerage firm. Murphy Business & Financial – ND is a division of Property Resources Group focused on providing their clients with specialized services for business sales and business valuations.
