Erik Carantón brings over 20 years of executive experience in sales operations, business development, and strategic planning across a variety of industries, including automotive, poultry production, insurance, retail, and multimedia. He has held leadership roles in Venezuela, Argentina, and the United States, managing large-scale teams and multimillion-dollar sales operations throughout Latin America.
Erik’s professional background includes serving as Sales Operations Director for TVA-Automotive, Commercial Director at FEPASA (one of Argentina’s leading poultry exporters), and Director of Sales and Distribution at Zurich Insurance. He also held executive roles at El Universal, one of Venezuela’s largest multimedia companies, where he led both print and digital growth strategies.
He is the Co-Founder and Director of Creekfy Consulting, where he has led strategic logistics and operations projects for clients such as Panini (Wake Up America Group) and Mars Developments.
Erik holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing. He has also completed finance studies and holds a certification as a professional coach. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Erik is known for his strategic insight, analytical thinking, and ability to lead and support successful business transitions.
