Shawn comes to Murphy with over 20 years of business ownership, sales and marketing, real estate investment, and accounting experience.
Shawn began her career in cost accounting for an underground utility construction company. This experience led to coordination of revenue increase requests for several Arizona Utility companies. Since then, Shawn has been a serial entrepreneur with a strong and enthusiastic work ethic. Experience includes Sales & Marketing, Financial Consulting, Inventory Control, Personnel Management, and Property Management. After moving to Northwest Montana, Shawn started a consulting and accounting company. She and her partner also contracted, built, and sold over 150 Spec Homes “By Owner”.
Shawn became acquainted with Murphy Business when her accounting clients sold and purchased businesses. She too purchased and sold a business with Murphy Business. Shawn brings first-hand experience in business ownership and understanding of the issues and processes involved in selling a business.
Education: B.S. - Business Administration and Management, emphasis in Finance and Accounting – University of Phoenix.
