Murphy Merger and Acquisition Advisors capabilities have historically functioned under the umbrella of Murphy Business & Financial Corporation founded by Roger Murphy in 1994 and progressively grown over intervening years to become North America’s largest and most successful business brokerage firm.

 

Today, the Company is supported by a vast organization and rapidly growing network of 175 offices, strategically located throughout the United States and Canada.

 

Apart from their advising and deal making expertise, many members of the Murphy organization have been carefully recruited and selected for their high level of achievement as former CEOs, CFOs, CPAs, business owners and senior level executives in a wide range of industries and professions. But their accomplishments don’t stop with their prior experience. All of our professionals and support staff receive regular intensive training and ongoing professional development support. Many have received the highest awards, credentials and designations in our profession.

In response to client demand and progressive achievements in capably performing M&A Advisory functions – closing transactions far beyond typical main street business brokerage, Murphy Business & Financial Corporation has created a separate and distinct M&A Division Murphy Merger and Acquisition Advisors.

 

Where a Murphy business broker may have a client initiating relationship, in order to ensure the delivery of consistently high quality M&A services, it is our corporate policy that only pre-qualified, trained and specialized Murphy Merger and Acquisition Advisors professionals can direct and manage merger and acquisition client services.
