Early in her career, Betty was an asset manager where she managed a mixed portfolio of real estate assets for a large bank in Dallas working with acquisitions, operations and sales. She later oversaw a large portfolio of shopping centers for a prominent company in Dallas through property development and ongoing operations. Her career took a new direction when she obtained an MBA in International Management from the University of Dallas. This opened the door for her to work with companies in the international environment where she conducted extensive proprietary market research for small- to mid-size companies seeking to do business in the U.S. She advised companies, both domestically and internationally, in the development of long and short-term business strategies for market entry and developed business opportunities for these companies.
In more recent years, Betty oversaw the development of key strategic partnerships for a global organization in the meetings and conventions arena, aligning it with major companies that supported its key business objectives. Betty is skilled at working with companies of all sizes and in a broad range of industries, and she leverages this background in her role as a business intermediary. Having lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for over 25 years, she has developed an extensive network of business contacts that further support this role.
