Greg has over 30 years of experience working for companies in sales, marketing, and management capacities. He started his career in the information technology field where he focused on the design and sales of strategic technology solutions to meet the needs of companies that range in size from small business to the Fortune 100. He has served companies in every major industry throughout North America.

 

Greg has played a major role in helping start-ups and other small-to-medium sized companies in developing and implementing a successful business plan for business growth, penetrating new markets and bringing new products to market. As a Certified M&A Intermediary with an extensive background in sales and marketing, he is able to use this combined experience to bring a unique perspective to the exit and business planning process. He consults with business owners to help them grow their business in terms of size and revenues, and grow the value of their business for a possible sale in the future.

During his six-year tenure with Serena, Greg was a major contributor to the company being recognized by Forbes as one of the top 10 in their ranking of “200 Best Small Companies” and one of the top 10 in BusinessWeek’s ranking of “100 Hot Growth Companies” in America.

 

As an M&A professional, he has been involved in successful transactions involving businesses that range in size from main street businesses to top national companies with annual revenue over $100 Million. He has consulted with hundreds of companies in almost every major industry to assist them in developing both a business plan and exit plan.
