Over the years Dave Key has purchased, sold, and/or led businesses for Fortune 100 companies as well as small to medium sized business entities. He gained his 40+ years of business experience in leadership roles working for 3M, GE and other multi-nationals with national and global responsibilities. His early years were in manufacturing, safety products, distribution and services and working with customers in a variety of industrial markets. He later owned, operated and sold several businesses with retail and dealership locations. His responsibilities range from US to global operations.
Collectively Dave’s expertise is in M&A, business strategy and execution and organizational development. His strength is ultimately positioning companies for growth and creating and enabling exit strategies for owners. His vast experience in multiple markets and multiple industries positions him as a trusted advisor, mentor, and partner in maximizing value for constituents in many forms of engagements.
Dave enjoys fishing, golf, hunting, bible study and family activities. He is married, a past deacon in his church, serves on several boards including healthcare and children’s care, and is the proud parent of 4 married children and 4 grandchildren.
