Patrick Johnston

Patrick Johnston has spent the last 15 years brokering dental and optometry practices in the Greater Houston and other major metro areas in Texas.  He is an expert in helping his clients navigate the business sales process and achieve their business transition goals.

His recent retirement from his dental brokerage firm marks 25 years of service in the dental industry. Prior to becoming a business broker, he was an information technology sales representative for Patterson Dental, the largest dental supply and equipment distributor in the United States and was also the practice administrator for a large group dental practice in the Texas Medical Center (TMC).  Patrick spent the first 15 years of his career in the hospitality industry mainly working in contract foodservice management for major corporate clients as well as a rehab hospital in the TMC.

He holds the prestigious Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) credential from the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and has completed graduate studies in Health Care Administration at TWU Houston Medical Center and Hospitality Business Management at The University of Houston (Conrad Hilton College). He is also a licensed real estate broker in Texas and Louisiana.  His understanding of the financial realities facing business owners and market knowledge will help those business owners achieve their goals both now and in the future.
