I entered the possibility of selling my business with disquiet due to a previous, less than desirable, seller/broker interaction.  From the beginning, things were different with Ron. He did not pretend to know everything about my business; he invested the time, energy and resources to learn what I did, how I did it, and details about each type of service offered.
