Ardy Azhir is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of management expertise, business acumen, and senior executive experience. As a principal at Murphy Business Sales, serving Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area, Ardy specializes in advising small- and mid-sized business owners on both exit and growth strategies. He offers comprehensive guidance on business sales, succession planning, and strategic acquisitions, with a steadfast commitment to value-driven decision-making and the preservation of business legacy.

Prior to joining Murphy Business Sales, Ardy was the CEO and owner of National Network Services, Inc. (NNSI), a Denver-based voice, data, and security company. He acquired NNSI as a turnaround opportunity, successfully revitalized the business, and completed a profitable sale after six years.

Earlier in his career, Ardy held a series of executive positions at Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders, including:

• Managing Director, Tyco Fire and Integrated Solutions, Europe & Middle East
• Senior Vice President, ADT Security, Western Region
• Chief Executive Officer, API Security, Culver City, California (acquired by ADT)

Ardy holds an engineering and postgraduate degree from Imperial College London, as well as an MBA from Armstrong College, Berkeley, California.
