With more than 21 years of experience in business brokerage, Paul Atkinson helps business owners and buyers achieve their goals with expertise and integrity. Before becoming a broker, Paul built a strong foundation as a precision metal manufacturer and as the owner of both a food manufacturing company and a service business.

Paul specializes in manufacturing, service, and automotive industries. Over the years, he has successfully guided clients through complex transactions, including:

• A strategic acquisition of a sheet metal manufacturer requiring extensive due diligence

• The $3.2MM sale of a restaurant with real estate, where he secured SBA financing through multiple lenders

• The sale of a roofing and siding company, overcoming financing challenges with limited collateral

Clients trust Paul for his confidentiality, communication, and seasoned experience throughout the business transfer process. He holds a Master of Business Administration and leverages his ownership and industry background to deliver practical solutions for every deal.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys time with his church and family, and exploring national parks throughout the western United States.
