Biography:

Jared Williams is a business broker serving the Utah region. With a strong background in accounting and mergers & acquisitions, Jared brings a unique blend of financial expertise and hands-on business experience to his clients.

Prior to becoming a broker, Jared worked as a Certified Public Accountant and owned a 3PL business, successfully growing it through 10 acquisitions over 15 years. His professional experience spans multiple industries, including automobile, 3PL, lumber yards, car washes, and banking.

While new to business brokerage, Jared’s approach is grounded in his extensive knowledge of mergers and acquisitions. Clients can expect a focus on confidentiality, strategic guidance, and informed decision-making throughout the transaction process.

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration

• Certified Public Accountant (inactive license)

• Spent two years in the Marshall Islands on a humanitarian mission
