Biography:

Ravi Yeleswarapu is an Independent Business Broker serving the Greater Chicago region, based in Addison, Illinois. With over a decade of experience spanning financial services, consulting, and data strategy, Ravi brings a rigorous, analytical approach to helping business owners navigate complex transactions with confidence.

Prior to entering business brokerage, Ravi built his career at leading global institutions including BMO Harris Bank, NXT Capital, Capco, and Capgemini. Most recently, he served as Assistant Vice President of Data Analytics at NXT Capital, a middle-market private credit firm, where he supported deal evaluation and portfolio management through financial reporting, operational analytics, and executive-level insights. His work directly informed investment decisions and strengthened portfolio performance.

At BMO Harris Bank, Ravi played a key role in a $16 billion acquisition, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration. This experience provided him with firsthand exposure to transaction complexity, stakeholder alignment, and the importance of disciplined execution—perspectives that now directly benefit his business brokerage clients.

Throughout his career, Ravi has partnered closely with executive leadership to translate operational data into strategic decisions, manage product roadmaps, and implement governance frameworks that support compliance and scalable growth. His consulting background enables him to quickly assess business operations across industries, identify value drivers, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Outside of work, Ravi enjoys playing guitar, reading, and traveling.
