Earlier in his career, Jay advised on domestic and cross-border capital raising and M&A transactions totaling more than $5 billion across a range of consumer and industrial sectors. He also understands the process from the owner’s perspective, having built and successfully sold his own wellness business.
Today, Jay works closely with owners of privately held businesses, guiding them through the sale process with discretion, careful preparation, and disciplined negotiation. His focus is on protecting enterprise value, maintaining strict confidentiality, attracting qualified buyers, and helping clients achieve the strongest possible outcome from their transaction.
Jay holds a BA in Economics from UC Irvine and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and is a licensed California real estate professional.
