Throughout her career, Briana has managed multi-million-dollar product and technology portfolios, establishing operating rhythms, developing executive-level reporting, and driving performance management initiatives. She is highly experienced in working cross-functionally with stakeholders across design, engineering, finance, and product teams to deliver aligned, results-driven outcomes.
