Mag is a Business Broker, M&A Advisor, and Founder of Mag Ventures LLC, serving clients throughout Mercer County, New Jersey. He brings a strong foundation in deal structuring, acquisitions, and operational leadership, offering clients a strategic and results-driven approach to buying and selling businesses.

With a professional background in IT service management, operations leadership, and business systems optimization, Mag has built a reputation for solving complex problems and executing in high-pressure environments. He has hands-on experience in business acquisition strategy, real estate investment, and evaluating small to lower-middle-market businesses, particularly within service-based industries, manufacturing, and scalable operations.

Mag specializes in service-based businesses such as home services, HVAC, cleaning, and organizing companies, as well as IT services, managed service providers (MSPs), technical support businesses, and light industrial manufacturing. He is particularly experienced in SBA-focused transactions under $5 million and is skilled in financial analysis, due diligence, and identifying both risks and growth opportunities.

His approach is rooted in strong negotiation strategy, transparency, and creative deal structuring. Mag frequently utilizes SBA 7(a) financing, seller financing, and low-equity entry models to help clients achieve their goals while minimizing upfront capital requirements. He is committed to uncovering true cash flow, ensuring fair valuations, and guiding clients through transactions with clarity and efficiency.
