As a CPA she understands your business and can assist you in making the correct strategic steps when assessing your next move. Teresa specializes in assisting companies in strategic succession planning. Her background includes building an executive recruiting firm focused on high level executives such as CEO, COO and CFOs’. Prior to establishing her own firm Teresa spent seven years in public accounting working with closely held business owners. Teresa has an extensive network of contacts within the business community in the Pacific Northwest.
