Biography:

Andrew is a Business Intermediary and Valuation Analyst and has been affiliated with Murphy Business for over 20 years. Based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and licensed in both Idaho and Florida, Andrew works with business owners on the sale and valuation of privately held companies, primarily in the small and lower-middle market.

His work includes business brokerage, mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, and transaction advisory services. Over the course of his career, Andrew has worked with companies across a wide range of industries, from relatively straightforward business sales to more complex transactions.

Andrew also brings the perspective of a business owner to his work. He has personally purchased, financed, operated, and sold businesses and understands many of the decisions involved in a transaction from the owner's side of the table. This practical experience complements his work in financial analysis, valuation, transaction structure, negotiations, due diligence, and financing.

Andrew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Intermediary (CMAI), and Board Certified Intermediary (BCI).

Andrew resides in Coeur d’Alene and primarily serves clients throughout Idaho while continuing to work with clients in Florida.
