Biography:

Kevin Dover started his adventures out of high school as a Marine and served his community as a Police Officer for several years. Since leaving law enforcement, Kevin has been an entrepreneur owning a franchise staffing agency and has built a commercial collections agency. Kevin’s corporate experience includes mechanical design, PDM & PLM, and executive coaching for global enterprise-size companies.

Kevin Dover spent his last ten years of corporate America in aerospace as a technical trainer and in continuous improvement. Kevin has earned a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association of Talent and Development (ATD). Kevin attended Oklahoma State University and Amberton University.

Kevin Dover is on the Dallas chapter board of the Texas Association of Business Brokers, a member of the IBBA, BNI, and Cowtown Executive Association.
