Biography:

Kevin Dover began his professional journey immediately after high school by serving in the United States Marine Corps and later continued his commitment to public service as a Police Officer. Following his tenure in law enforcement, Kevin transitioned into entrepreneurship—owning and operating a franchise staffing agency and subsequently founding a successful commercial collections firm.

His corporate career encompasses extensive experience in mechanical design, Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and executive coaching for global enterprise organizations. Over the past decade, Kevin has focused his expertise within the aerospace industry, where he served as a technical trainer and led continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and workforce performance.

Kevin is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) through the Association for Talent Development (ATD). He attended Oklahoma State University and Amberton University, where he strengthened his foundation in organizational leadership and business management.

Currently, Kevin serves as President of the Fort Worth Chapter of the Texas Association of Business Brokers (TABB) and is an active member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA), Success North Dallas (SCN), and the Cowtown Executive Association (CEA).
