Biography:
Levi Pollard was raised on a horse ranch in Whitefish, Montana where he learned the values of patience, determination, self-reliance, and a strong work ethic. Now, as a business broker and seasoned entrepreneur, Levi has firsthand experience with both the kind of grit that is required to operate a successful business and what it takes to sell one.
In 2007 at age 23, Levi negotiated and purchased his first multifamily property, a vacant 4-plex that had fallen into disrepair. He successfully renovated the property, transforming it from a neighborhood eyesore into a profitable income property. Having discovered a passion for reviving distressed properties and giving them new life, he has been investing in, renovating, and selling real estate ever since. Levi provides his clients with that same passion and enthusiasm for creative problem solving in every business sale and negotiation.
Levi also gained valuable experience as an insurance claim liaison in Denver, Colorado where he mediated insurance claims between homeowners and insurance companies. He later used that expertise to build a successful storm restoration company in Billings, Montana. He now brings to the table over 15 years of restaurant industry experience combined with more than 18 years as a General Contractor and operator of his construction company.
Levi is also a father, a seasoned traveler, outdoorsman, and bronze sculpture artist.
He spent several years exploring and working in California, Oregon, Colorado, and Hawaii before deciding it was time to return to his Montana roots in 2015.
“I love Montana, I love business, and I love helping people achieve their dreams.”
