Biography:
John has been a strategic advisor in business management for the past twenty years. As a former CFO, he understands that cash flow drives value. His career includes Fortune 500 training in 80/20 (the pareto principle) and process simplification – best practices he utilizes as a business advisor. John has owned two service businesses and has a passion for helping business owners succeed.
John brings his career-long practices of respect, integrity, dedication and commitment to Murphy Business Sales as a business intermediary. He believes that people are the most important element of any business and treats all with respect and appreciation.
John holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and an MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College. He lives with his wife south of Boston in Weymouth, Massachusetts. They have two college-age daughters. John loves getting out into nature either camping or hiking, and in the summertime he enjoys getting out into the harbor on his small sailboat.
