Biography:

Brendan Lee is a seasoned entrepreneur with a background in construction engineering and a proven track record of building successful businesses. Originally from Tri-Cities, Washington, he earned his Bachelor of Science from Montana State University—where he was also the university mascot, “Champ,” for three years.

After a brief stint as an engineer, Brendan launched and scaled a restoration company to multiple millions in revenue, gaining firsthand experience in operations, marketing, and business systems. He also manages a growing real estate portfolio by renovating distressed properties to maximize value and cash flow.

Now, Brendan helps business owners navigate buying and selling with insight and confidence. His technical background, real-world ownership experience, and sharp investment mindset make him a valuable advisor throughout the business transition process.

Outside of work, Brendan enjoys boating, stand-up jet skis, dirt biking, skiing, timber sledding, and running.
