With over 18 years in finance, auditing, and financial reporting for companies up to $18 billion, Thomas's background as a Certified Public Accountant provides a deep analytical rigor and a comprehensive understanding of financial performance. This ensures more accurate valuations and streamlines the intricate financial aspects of business transactions.

Crucially, Thomas is also a seasoned entrepreneur, having successfully founded and co-founded several small businesses, and personally navigated the process of buying and selling some of his own businesses. This hands-on experience provides invaluable empathy and strategic insight into the perspectives and concerns of both buyers and sellers.

Thomas is committed to building relationships rooted in trust and integrity, humbly guiding business owners to achieve their strategic exit objectives with confidence. He holds a BSBA in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Longwood University and completed master-level Finance & Real Estate courses at Virginia Commonwealth University.
