Having started, built, and successfully sold four of his own businesses, Dave understands both the strategic complexities and emotional journey of selling a company you’ve built from the ground up.  Drawing on a long track record of helping clients navigate high-stakes decisions with empathy, insight, and integrity, Dave specializes in guiding business owners and buyers through every step of the process, from valuation and preparation to negotiation and close. Outside of work, Dave is a devoted husband to his amazing wife, father of four, and proud grandfather of three. He finds joy and purpose in spending time with his family and thrives on building lasting memories through beach vacations, boating, tennis (including year-round USTA league play), pickleball, and personal development pursuits. A lifelong learner, Dave is passionate about motivational books, podcasts, and seminars, and finds great satisfaction and fulfillment through his church service and participation.
